This Privacy Policy explains how AAI IT Consultancy & Services Pty Ltd (ACN 618 425 915), trading as The Rahul Gangurde ("we", "us", "our"), collects, uses, discloses, and protects your personal information when you visit our websites, buy our products, or interact with us on social platforms including Instagram. We are based in Australia and handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us

• Your name, email address, and (optionally) phone number when you register, opt in to a free resource, subscribe, or purchase.
• Content you submit — messages, form entries, feedback, and support requests.

Instagram & Meta data

If you interact with our Instagram account (@therahulgangurde) — for example by commenting a keyword on a post or sending a direct message — we may receive and process, via Meta's official APIs:

• your Instagram username and user ID;
• the content of the comment or message you send us;
• the post or media your interaction relates to.

We use this information for a single purpose: to respond to you with the resource, link, or reply you requested (for example, sending you a link after you comment a keyword we advertised). We do not use it to build advertising profiles, and we do not sell it.

Payment information

Purchases are processed by Stripe. We do not collect or store your full card number — Stripe handles card data directly under its own PCI-compliant systems.

Technical information

• IP address, device and browser type, and pages viewed, collected through standard server logs and cookies to operate and secure the site.

2. How we use your information

• Deliver the free resources, content, and replies you request (including via Instagram comment/DM automation you opted into by commenting).
• Provide, operate, and improve our products, courses, and services.
• Process purchases and provide customer support.
• Send you updates or offers only where you have opted in — you can unsubscribe at any time.
• Meet legal, tax, and security obligations.

3. Legal basis & consent

We process your information on the basis of your consent (for example, when you comment a keyword or opt in to a list), to perform a contract with you (for example, delivering a product you bought), and for our legitimate interests in running and securing our business. You may withdraw consent at any time.

4. How we share information

We share personal information only with service providers who help us operate, and only as needed:

• Meta Platforms (Instagram/Facebook) — the platform through which social interactions occur.
• Email delivery providers — to send messages you opted into.
• Stripe — to process payments.
• Hosting and infrastructure providers — to run the website and services.

We never sell your personal information. Our use and transfer of information received from Meta APIs adheres to the Meta Platform Terms and Developer Policies, including their limited-use requirements.

5. Data retention

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law (for example, tax records). Instagram comment/message data used to fulfil a one-off request is retained only as long as necessary to deliver the response and keep basic records, then deleted or de-identified.

6. Your rights & choices

• Access & correction — request a copy of the data we hold about you, or ask us to correct it.
• Deletion — ask us to delete your personal data at therahulgangurde.com/data-deletion.
• Unsubscribe — every marketing email has a one-click unsubscribe link.
• Withdraw consent — email us and we'll stop processing where consent is the basis.

7. Deleting your data

To request deletion of the personal information we hold about you — including any Instagram username or message content — visit therahulgangurde.com/data-deletion or email support@therahulgangurde.com with the subject "Delete my data". We action verified requests within 30 days.

8. Children

Our products and services are not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

9. Security

We protect your information with encryption in transit (TLS), access controls, and hashed credentials. No method of transmission is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to safeguard your data.
